Ecotel AG is a telecommunication company, which operates in Germany. In its core the company offers an integrated product portfolio of voice, data and mobile services. ecotel AG provides more than 45.000 business clients within Germany with standardized and individual telecommunication solutions.
The purpose of the project is to perform the migration from several legacy CRM solutions worked in different departments of ecotel AG into new single software system in order to unify business processes and decrease maintenance and support costs.
The main purpose of the system is supporting the sales partner relationship management taking into account the specifics of the telecommunication market.

In addition to CRM functionality and sales partners’ commission calculations, the system included a powerful statistical and analytical module. Using this module together with a reporting subsystem, the user was able to print results of data mining as various professionally designed reports or to export them into external formats.
