Senior FrontEnd Developer for Digital Consulting Agency
About the customer
Our customer is a reputable digital agency from Germany that provides consulting, concept design, and SaaS solutions. Step by step, they help clients all the way from the point of idea shaping to the fully-fledged software ready for the launch.
Currently, one of their most prominent products successfully used by their clients is an event location app that allows end-users to greatly simplify the processes of planning and managing events in a highly entangled relationship between a client and an event manager. This app isn’t a very sophisticated one, but our customer is going to enrich the feature set and remove some strong dependencies on the external third-party software, which are mandatory for now.
About the project
You’ll work on a SaaS product with a highly customizable event planning workflow where users can configure various fields, values, and external data sources, using specific settings. You’ll get the idea, using a demo account. As we mentioned, this product is successfully up and running and was greatly adopted by the customer’s clients and their end-users.
The first goal is to rewrite an existing project based on full Node.JS stack (server-side and client-side) due to the appearance of now much broader set of requirements and issues with an old legacy stack (Material UI v0, no real server-side framework besides Sequelize).
About the team
The team currently consists of 1 senior project manager, 1 senior developer, and 1 junior developer on the customer’s side. And now, we’ll be extending this team on our side, and would be happy to welcome one more senior front-end developer that is going to help us make the customer’s product even better than it is right now.
What we can say, for now, playing our cards close to the vest, you’ll be handling the full front-end stack, if applicable. There will be a clear dedicated documentation and a set of user stories with a highly professional technical description and milestones (and mockups, when available). Each feature will be discussed within the team before it’s put in production, so you’d always be able to ask questions and seek solutions for the problems that might occur.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate
For a better understanding of the tech stack currently present in the project:
- Server-side: ASP.NET Core, ABP, EF Core
- Server-side stack: Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Function, Azure Storage, Azure CDN
- Client-side frameworks: Next.js (React), Material UI
