The product had to handle complex workflows that involved not only software logic but also real-world dependencies — such as delivery scheduling, chemical mixture optimization, and environmental conditions like humidity or terrain type.
At the same time, the team operated fully in German, including all documentation and daily communication, which required engineers who were both technically proficient and fluent in the language.
