  • Their mobile app had been rebuilt multiple times — stability, maintainability and feature completeness remained problematic.

We participated in technology-stack evaluation and approach selection alongside ZWILLING’s internal architects and decision makers. We also optimized costs via unified codebases and reusable architecture, reducing maintenance overhead and accelerating time-to-market for new rollouts.

Together with ZWILLING, we performed a comprehensive assessment of the existing SFCC/Storefront infrastructure and designed a soft migration strategy to implement a new Headless UI platform in parallel. The modular "brick-based" architecture uses reusable components to enable rapid, consistent storefront creation while minimizing duplication.
